CQ Pro Assessment: The CQ Pro measures an individual’s capability for working and relating across cultures by measuring skills in four distinct areas.
- CQ Drive: Level of interest, persistence, and confidence during multicultural interactions.
- CQ Knowledge: Understanding about how cultures are similar and different.
- CQ Strategy: Awareness and ability to plan for multicultural interactions.

CQ 360 Assessment: The CQ Multi-Rater Assessment measures an individual’s capability for working and relating across cultures by measuring self-rated and observer-rated scores in four distinct areas. This report is the same as the CQ Pro except that it includes data collected from a range of 8-12 observers and allows for a greater development of self-awareness as a result. A personalised development plan is included.
